I'm Luis Alfonso, an educator, innovator, and digital integrator. I love solving challenges at the intersection of business and academia—bringing together technology, digital experiences, and learning outcomes to drive revenue, enhance performance, and, of course, have some fun.

I believe leadership is built on three simple pillars: trust, results, and communication. If one of those is missing, your ability to lead and positively influence others may have room for improvement. Innovation is essential, not only within organizations but also in personal growth, so I enjoy combining my leadership skills with innovation techniques to create meaningful and collaborative experiences with customers, partners, and students.

I work with organizations to achieve real, measurable results through learning and training. This requires an integrated strategy, the right mix of technologies, and a clear framework for measuring business impact on KPIs.

I love reading—especially science fiction, history, classics, and thrillers by authors such as Michael Crichton and Isaac Asimov. I’m always challenging myself to learn and explore new things, from experimenting in the kitchen to testing the latest software as an early adopter.

I also developed a math app for kids (available for free on Apple and Android) to help them learn basic arithmetic and strengthen their math skills. I often apply math in my management decisions, using it to model future scenarios and guide strategy.
